Good Grains Energy Bites Recipe

chocolate peanut butter oatmeal energy bites protein balls

The Perfect Snack

Have you heard of energy bites (also known as protein balls)? If you have, you're going to love this recipe. If you haven’t, you're in for a real treat! These Good Grains Energy Bites are packed with health and happiness and are great for a grab-and-go breakfast or snack.

They have a balance of macronutrients (carbohydrates, fat, and protein) for sustained energy before or after exercising, or when you just need a slight chocolate fix. We've used our organic, non-GMO whole rolled and thick-cut Fifty-Fifty Oatmeal for this one.

One cup of Fifty-Fifty Oatmeal contains 12g of protein and 10g fiber, so you'll be full and ready to take on the day!

  • 1 tsp vanilla
